With a background originally in Health and fitness, working as a fitness instructor in a gym setting and leading group fitness classes and 1-2-1 fitness sessions I grew a love for fitness and well-being.
I left the fitness sector to the work for the NHS as an assistant to Physiotherapists and Occupational therapists to assist in rehabilitating patients back home and live independently where applicable.
After my children were born I decided to return to teaching classes until I decided to take a different career of learning the art of well-being through massaging. Loving the feeling I have after treatments myself I wanted to be able to share that with others.
As a person I love going for long walks with my 2 springer spaniels and have a love for running when I can fit it in running around after my 2 children and husband!!!
