Michele holds an MA and BA (Hons) and went on to train in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy at the Clifton Training Practice in Bristol. She has also trained through the Essex Institute in BrainWorking Recursive Therapy and SymbioDynamics Therapy, as well as updating her skills consistently in continuous professional development with the Clifton Practice and the Essex Institute.
Michele holds the NCFE Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (the Gold seal of Hypnotherapy), a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, is a registered Member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, Association for Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, the National Register of Psychotherapists and Counsellors (UK) and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. Michele is also a founder member of the British Brainworking Research Society.
She has training, qualifications and experience in Mentoring/Life Coaching, Critical Thinking Skills and Education and Training. Michele understands the complexities and strains of modern day life from a personal and professional level and aims to provide a confidential, professional and friendly approach within therapy to support you when you are ready to make changes to the way you think, feel and interact.
Lucy is a graduate of the University of Wales Swansea with a BSc (Hons) in Biology, as well as graduating from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of Glamorgan with a Masters of Chiropractic degree (MChiro). Lucy’s training as a Doctor of Chiropractics has also included dry needling and rock taping.
She specialises in the treatment of pregnancy conditions, and the chiropractic care of children and babies, being a mother herself.
Lucy is a keen sportswoman and is currently captain of her local women’s tennis team (Stow Park in Newport). Lucy has won many tournaments and awards, one of which being Newport Team Member of the Year and was nominated as Sports Woman of the Year by the Sports Council for her commitment to tennis.
She is a registered member of the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), United Chiropractic Association (UCA) and European Chiropractic Council (ECU).
Stacey graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a Masters in Chiropractic (2015) and has spent the last four years at a large practice in Essex as the Lead Chiropractor.
She is passionate about Chiropractic and has a strong focus on the psychological components of pain as well as the physical and chemical. She specializes in chronic pain and its management but enjoys all aspects of chiropractic including sports injuries, headaches, migraines and frozen shoulder.
Stacey has a vast toolkit of treatment methods including spinal manipulation, mobilization, soft tissue techniques, dry needling and kinesiotaping.
Stacey is qualified in British Sign Language and is passionate about making chiropractic more accessible to the deaf.
In her spare time, Stacey can be found in the mountains on her bike, on horse back or sat having an ice cream somewhere! She also enjoys regular weight training and swim sessions.
Chloe is a graduate from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of Glamorgan with a Masters of Chiropractic degree (MChiro).
Originally from Reading, when studying at the University of Glamorgan fell in love with Wales and has decided to make it her home.
Chloe has a special interest in treating pregnancy related complaints and children. Has an in depth knowledge due to her dissertation which looked at the Chiropractic treatment of Pregnancy related low back and pelvic pain.
Chloe is a keen runner and enjoys going to the gym. She has managed to combine her love of exercise with Chiropractic. She is passionate to help get everyone exercising/moving by helping to reduce their pain and re-balance any mechanical issues they are suffering with. Chloe can also help prevent injuries in athletes by assisting in their rehabilitation in order to enhance their sporting performance.
She is a registered member of the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), British Chiropractic Association (BCA).
